Basics
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any questions being asked. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as easy and stress-free as possible for you. However, we would highly appreciate if you will give us some feedback.
There are four plan types - Individuals, Groups, Business, and Enterprise. We've provided the table in the Pricing page for a quick look at the difference between them, as well as a few added values of each plan. Always feel free to reach out with any questions you have.
If you have already purchased your plan, press the Login botton on the top of this page and Sign into your dashboard.
There may be times when you need to upgrade your plan from the original type you purchased and we have a solution that ensures you can carry over your remained credit to the new plan purchase.
Support
No, unfortunately, you cannot share your extra credits with someone else. Please make sure to buy the exact amount of credit that you think you will use.
We do offer discounts for our enterprise clients. If you would like to learn more about our enterprise pricing options and discounts, I suggest contacting us directly so that we can assist you with your inquiry.

Payments
You can subscribe to Promptech via any international credit/debit card (via Stripe). We don't support cryptocurrencies or invoicing at this time.
You'll receive an email from us once your purchase is complete. Alternatively, you can download a copy from your dashboard.
Our refund policy is simple: We offer partial refunds based on the number of months left in your annual subscription term. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for monthly subscription payments. If you are unhappy with the product, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service, and we want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
